YEIDA map approval is mandatory authorization from Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority before starting construction on any YEIDA plot. Without it, your construction is illegal and may be demolished. The process takes 30-60 days, fees range Rs 50,000 to Rs 1.5 lakh by plot size, and we handle the full application including architectural drawings and documentation.
Required documents: plot allotment letter/sale deed, khasra khatauni, NOC from colonizer (if applicable), architectural drawings signed by a COA-registered architect, structural drawings by a licensed structural engineer, soil test report, site plan, and identity/address proof.
