The owner brief
Fintech startup (Series A, 35 employees) signed a 3,500 sqft commercial space in a Sector 132 tower. Their brief: a modern, calm, design-forward office that helped recruiting + matched their brand colours (navy + white + accent green).
They had 6 weeks from lease handover to opening. Hard constraint: fire NOC must be in place before move-in (their compliance team required it). They'd interviewed 4 fitout firms; Aarna won by guaranteeing fire NOC in-house within timeline.

What the brief looked like

IT cabling backbone: 40 workstations + 5 enclosed rooms need structured cabling. We planned floor box + raceway layout in week 1; cabling laid week 4 before furniture install.
HVAC capacity: Building HVAC was sized for old tenant (60% of new capacity needed). We added 4 VRF indoor units for cabin + meeting room load.
Brand colour integration: Frosted-glass cabin partitions with company logo etched. Coordinated with their brand team for exact Pantone colour match.
