The owner brief
A young IT-couple with one toddler moved into ATS Pristine in early 2025. They wanted a contemporary modern interior — neutral palette with one navy accent, hidden storage everywhere, kid-safe materials. Budget cap: Rs 15 lakh.
They'd talked to two national interior brands (HomeLane, Livspace) and one local Noida designer. They picked Aarna because we showed up at their flat within 36 hours, brought physical material samples to that first visit, and broke out fees by line item instead of giving a single lump-sum.
Design lock took 12 days (2 rounds of 3D for the kitchen layout, 1 round for the kids bedroom wardrobe configuration).
What the brief looked like
ATS Pristine builder-grade plumbing: Original CPVC was adequate but kitchen-sink position needed adjustment — we re-routed via floor chase without breaking tiles.
Society work-hour restriction: 10am-5pm Mon-Sat. We staffed 6-person crew to maximise daily output; 12-week timeline beat the typical 14-week ATS expectation.
Toddler-safe materials: BWP-grade ply (no formaldehyde), low-VOC paint (Royale Aspira), rounded furniture corners, soft-close hardware throughout.
Material delivery via designated lift: ATS limits material delivery to 9-10am window. Pre-batched orders weekly; coordinated with RWA on delivery slots.
