What Homeowners Say

Voices from delivered interiors.

Selected client feedback from completed interior projects across Greater Noida sectors.

★★★★★

"The 3D rendering was the difference-maker. We went through 2 mood-board iterations and 3 final-render tweaks before signing — what was built matched the 3D almost pixel-perfect."

Local Guide

Interior design, sector by sector.

Greater Noida is not one market — tower flats, authority plots, and villa communities each reward a different interior approach. This is what we have learned delivering 200+ projects across them.

Gaur City & Greater Noida West towers

Compact 2BHK/3BHK layouts (950-1,450 sqft) where every foot works twice: sliding wardrobes, lofted storage over doorways, and light palettes that visually widen 10x12 bedrooms. Society NOCs and service-lift booking are routine here — we handle both, and our material vans are in Gaur City nearly every week.

Tata Eureka Park, ATS Greens & Sector 150-side projects

Larger 3BHK/4BHK footprints with better ceiling heights. Briefs run mid-to-premium: acrylic-finish kitchens, feature false ceilings, and a dressing-console master wardrobe. These towers photograph well, so most of our portfolio shoots come from here.

Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta & Omicron plots

Independent houses on authority plots — the interior brief usually arrives while the house is still being built. That is an advantage: locking layouts before electrical work saves real money, and if the shell is ours too (see construction + interiors under one contract), points, drops, and modular slots are coordinated from day one.

Pari Chowk, Ansal Golf Link & villa communities

Luxury and villa work: walk-in wardrobes, home theatres, bar units, and lighting design that goes beyond a false-ceiling grid. Villa interiors run 90-130 days and are itemised by room rather than per sqft — the villa interior page covers this tier in detail.

Noida Extension & Sector 150 side

Possession waves in Noida Extension keep this the busiest handover corridor in NCR — snag-check timing matters most here, since builder defect windows are short. Sector 150-side projects skew premium and green-facing: clients ask for larger balconies to be treated as usable rooms, outdoor-grade deck flooring, and planter-integrated seating. Both markets are covered in depth on our Noida interior page.

Jewar & the Yamuna Expressway corridor

Airport-corridor properties bring their own rules — noise attenuation, dust management, rental-optimised specs for investor units. We travel to Jewar within 48 hours; the dedicated Jewar interior page has corridor-specific pricing and design guidance.

Scope, Plainly

What a full interior actually includes.

The single biggest source of interior disputes in Greater Noida is scope ambiguity. Here is our standard inclusion line, in writing, before you sign.

Included in every full-home package

Modular kitchen and modular wardrobes (factory-made, brand-certified hardware), false ceiling with lighting layout, electrical modifications to the furniture plan, wall finishes (paint or panelling as specified), TV and crockery units, and deep cleaning at handover. Every line appears in the itemised BOQ with brand, quantity, and rate.

Priced separately, never smuggled in

Loose furniture (sofas, beds, dining), appliances, curtains and soft furnishing, and civil changes like bathroom re-tiling or wall removal — quoted as separate line items when the design calls for them, so the base package stays comparable across vendors.

How payments run

15-20% to start design and block the factory slot, then stage-wise payments tied to verified progress in the Trackovo app — never date-based demands. The final 5% is due only after snag-list closure at handover, which is when the 5-year modular warranty activates.

Standalone modular work

Not every project needs a full interior. Standalone modular kitchens and wardrobes install in 3-4 weeks from design sign-off at the same factory pricing — a common route for rental flats and phased upgrades.

Owner's Playbook

Possession to move-in — the right order.

Interiors go wrong less from bad taste than from bad sequencing. This is the order we run every Greater Noida project in, and why.

1. Snag the flat before any interior work

Before a single wall is touched, we walk the flat for builder-side defects — seepage marks, hollow tiles, out-of-level walls, non-working points. Fixing these through the builder's defect window is free; discovering them after false-ceiling and paint means paying twice. This visit is part of our free first consultation.

2. Lock the layout, then the electrical

Furniture plan first, wiring second — never the reverse. Once bed, wardrobe, TV and kitchen positions are frozen on drawings, every switchboard, AC point, and light drop lands where the plan needs it. Electrical rework after painting is the single most common avoidable cost in tower flats.

3. Order modular early — it runs in parallel

Kitchens and wardrobes are produced in the factory while civil and ceiling work runs on site. Booking the production slot at contract stage is why an Aarna 3BHK finishes in 65-90 days — sites that order modular after painting add three to four idle weeks.

4. Wet work before dry work

Any bathroom re-tiling, kitchen plumbing changes, or wall removal happens first; then false ceiling; then wall finishes; then flooring protection goes down and stays down until handover. Paint is always the last trade before modular installation — dust from any later trade ruins a fresh PU or emulsion finish.

5. Plan around the monsoon

July-September humidity slows paint curing and polish drying in Greater Noida. We schedule wet trades away from peak monsoon weeks where possible, and never seal wardrobes against freshly painted walls — trapped moisture is where laminate bubbling starts.

6. Stay in or move out?

For interiors-only projects: a 2BHK full interior is genuinely hard to live through; a 3BHK can be phased room-by-room if one bathroom and the kitchen stay functional in stages. We quote both sequencing options — phased work adds roughly 10-15 days but saves rent. Renovation-heavy scopes are covered in detail on the home renovation page.

7. Handover is a checklist, not a feeling

Every project closes against a written snag list: door and drawer alignment, hardware certificates, paint touch-ups, deep cleaning, and warranty activation in Trackovo. The final 5% payment is due after this list closes — which is exactly why it gets closed.

Frequently asked questions

19 questions we hear most often from homeowners planning interiors in Greater Noida.

01How is the fee charged — per sqft or per room?
Mid-range & budget tiers are typically priced per sqft of carpet area (₹500-1,200/sqft for 2-3BHK). Luxury and villa work is per-room or itemised BOQ. Modular kitchen is always per running foot. Whichever model fits, the BOQ is fully itemised — labour, material, brand, quantity — before you commit.
02How many revisions are included in the 3D rendering?
Three free revisions of the 3D render at the photorealistic stage. Earlier 2D and mood-board stages allow unlimited tweaks. Beyond 3 revisions at the final render stage we charge ₹2,000-5,000 per major revision (depends on scope of change).
03Can I provide my own materials?
Yes — many clients bring their own marble, lighting, or imported pieces. We adjust the BOQ accordingly. Quality & warranty applies only to materials we source; client-procured items remain client-warranty.
04What's the difference between an interior designer and a decorator?
An interior designer plans space (layout, electrical, plumbing, structural openings, lighting design, materials) and a decorator styles a finished space (furniture, art, soft furnishings). Aarna is a designer-build firm — we do both, plus the civil/carpentry execution.
05Turnkey vs supply-only — what should I pick?
Turnkey (we design + execute) gives you single accountability, brand discipline, and warranty. Supply-only (we design, you execute) is ~25% cheaper but you take on contractor coordination risk. 90% of our clients pick turnkey.
06What's the payment schedule?
Typical: 10% on contract signing · 30% on BOQ approval · 30% on civil + carpentry start · 20% on installation · 10% on handover. Penalty-clause for delays applies to both sides.
07What warranty do you give on interiors?
5-year warranty on modular kitchen / wardrobe carcass. 2-year warranty on hardware (Hettich/Blum/Hafele). 1-year warranty on paint and finishes. Lifetime annual maintenance plans available post-warranty.
08Do you offer post-handover support?
Yes — quarterly check-in for the first year is free. Annual maintenance contract (AMC) at ₹6,000-15,000/year covers preventive servicing of modular hardware, paint touch-ups, plumbing.
09Can renovation + design be done in one contract?
Yes — that's our most popular package. Single PM, single material catalogue, single milestone schedule. Saves 8-12% vs split-vendor route.
10How long does a 3BHK full interior take?
Mid-range tier: 60-75 days from BOQ approval. Budget tier: 45-60 days. Luxury (with imported marble/custom furniture lead times): 90-120 days. Penalty-clause kicks in beyond agreed dates.
11Do you work in Noida and Jewar too?
Yes — we serve Greater Noida, Noida, Jewar, and the Yamuna Expressway. See our Noida interior service or Jewar interior service.
12Vastu — can it be integrated into the design?
Yes — we have an in-house Vastu consultant. Direction, kitchen orientation, pooja-room layout, entrance placement — all integrated at the 2D layout stage with no extra cost.
13Do you take interiors-only projects in ready builder flats?
Yes — interiors-only is the majority of our Greater Noida work. We handle the society NOC, service-lift booking, and neighbour-notice formalities that towers require, and site protection is laid before the first material enters the flat.
14Can I order just a wardrobe or kitchen without a full interior?
Yes. Standalone modular wardrobes and kitchens are factory-made and installed in 3-4 weeks, with the same 5-year carcass warranty as full-interior projects.
15Do you work outside Greater Noida?
Yes — Noida, Jewar, and the Yamuna Expressway corridor. Modular items are produced in our Greater Noida factory, so they cost the same across the region; only site-built work carries a small logistics premium outside Greater Noida.
16What happens if something fails after handover?
Warranty claims are logged in the same Trackovo system used during the project — 5 years on modular carcass, 2 on hardware, 1 on paint/polish, plus a 6-month defects-liability period. A logged claim gets a scheduled visit, not a disappearing phone promise.
17How should I split my interior budget across rooms?
A working rule for a Greater Noida 3BHK: kitchen 25-30%, wardrobes across bedrooms 20-25%, living room (TV unit, false ceiling, panelling) 20%, finishes and lighting 15-20%, and a 10% contingency you do not touch until execution. Skewing everything into the living room and starving storage is the most regretted allocation we see.
18How do I compare interior quotes fairly?
Force every vendor onto the same sheet: brand and grade of ply, hardware brand with certificate, finish type per surface, and quantity per line. A quote that says "wardrobe — lump sum" is not comparable to an itemised BOQ, and the gap usually hides carcass grade. We share our BOQ format freely — use it even if you do not hire us.
19Can you work in a home we are already living in?
Yes — phased, room-by-room, with floor protection, daily cleanup, and dust barriers on working zones. Phasing adds roughly 10-15 days versus a vacant flat but avoids rent. Kitchens are sequenced so you are without one for days, not weeks, since the new modular units arrive factory-finished.
