We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Aarna Constructions & Interiors is the Data Fiduciary, and you (the visitor or customer whose personal data we process) are the Data Principal.

- Wardrobe designer (/wardrobe-tool/): dimensions and design choices. This tool runs in your browser; we do not receive this information unless you explicitly export and send it to us.
- Newsletter / email signup: email address.
- Phone calls and WhatsApp: if you call +91 9582581238 or message us on WhatsApp, we record the contact number, the date and substance of the conversation, and any project information you share.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, time on page, referring URL, search queries, device type, browser, operating system, approximate location (city-level, derived from IP address).
- Cookies and similar technologies: first-party cookies set by WordPress and our caching plugin, and third-party cookies set by Google Analytics, Google Site Kit, and (when you interact with them) marketing pop-ups and chat widgets. See Section 6 for details.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard web server logs (IP address, request URL, response code, user-agent) for security and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, schedule a site visit, and follow up on projects you have asked us to estimate or undertake.
- To deliver the construction, renovation, interior design, modular kitchen, wardrobe, or related services you have engaged us for.
- To improve the Site, our calculators, and our service offerings (using aggregated, non-identifying analytics data).
- To send service-related communications such as appointment confirmations, project updates, and invoices.
- With your consent, to send occasional marketing emails about new services, design tips, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email.
- To comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and protect our legal interests.
3. Legal Basis
We process your personal data only on one of the lawful grounds permitted by the DPDP Act, primarily:
- Your consent — given when you submit a form, upload a floorplan, sign up for our newsletter, or otherwise voluntarily share your information.
- Performance of a contract — when processing is necessary to deliver the construction or design services you have engaged us for.
- Legitimate use — for purposes such as responding to a query you have voluntarily initiated.
- Compliance with law — including tax, GST, and statutory record-keeping requirements.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent reasonably necessary:
- Service providers (Data Processors): our hosting provider (Hostinger), our email marketing platform (Omnisend), and analytics providers (Google Analytics, Google Site Kit). They process data on our instructions and are contractually required to protect it.

- Statutory and regulatory authorities (GST, Income Tax, GNIDA / YEIDA / Noida Authority for map approvals) where the law or your project requires us to share information.
- Professional advisors (lawyers, auditors) on a confidential basis.
- Successors in the event of a corporate restructuring, merger, or sale, subject to the same protections as in this policy.
5. Data Retention
- Active enquiries and quotations — retained for up to 2 years from the last interaction so we can re-engage if you return.
- Project records (contract, designs, payment records, photos taken during execution) — retained for at least 8 years for tax, warranty, and statutory record-keeping reasons.
- Marketing email subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs — retained for up to 90 days unless required longer for security investigation.
You may ask us to delete data sooner; see Section 7.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies — for the Site to function (e.g. WordPress session, caching, security).
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics (
_ga,_gidetc.) to count visits and understand how the Site is used. Anonymised IP is enabled. - Marketing cookies — set by our newsletter pop-up and chat widget so they don’t repeatedly ask returning visitors. These can be blocked in your browser settings without affecting Site functionality.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Doing so may affect parts of the Site that rely on them.

- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@aarnaconstructions.com from the address you originally provided. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children’s Data
Our services are intended for adults engaging us for construction, renovation, or interior design. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes we have collected a child’s data, please contact us and we will delete it.

No system is perfectly secure, however, and you share information with us at your own risk.
