GNIDA (Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority) is the sanctioning authority for plots in Greater Noida. Before you pour concrete, your plan must be sanctioned — FAR, setback, ground coverage, and zoning compliance all checked. We handle the end-to-end process including document compilation, architect-stamped drawings, structural certificate, service drawings (electrical, plumbing, rainwater harvesting), and authority liaison until sanction.
