Can I keep cooking during the renovation?
Yes — we set up temporary induction + small fridge in dining or balcony on day 1. Standard timeline lets you cook simple meals throughout. Only days 8-12 (tiling) may need eating out.
Plumbing and electrical rework — included?
Yes — CPVC plumbing for sink + dishwasher, dedicated 16A circuit for chimney/microwave/induction, new MCB if needed. Standard practice for any decent kitchen renovation.
Chimney + hob installation included?
Standard tier and above includes chimney (Faber/Elica 75cm) and gas hob (3-4 burner). Basic tier includes basic chimney. Premium-luxury tier adds built-in oven, induction, hood.
Can I reuse my existing appliances?
Yes — your fridge, microwave, oven get integrated into new layout. We design cabinets around existing appliance dimensions. Old chimney and hob usually replaced (technology advances).
Do I need society NOC for kitchen-only renovation?
Yes — most societies require renovation NOC even for kitchen-only. We file paperwork: drawings, contractor PAN/GST, indemnity, refundable deposit (₹10-20K). 3-7 day society approval.
What if my flat has wood-style modular from a builder?
Common in Sec 100+ flats. Builder-fitted kitchens (Sleek, Hettich-branded but bottom-tier) are functional but use particleboard. Full overhaul recommended at 10-yr mark. Carcass replacement only saves nothing.
Do you offer warranty on the old plumbing you connect to?
5-yr warranty on the new CPVC plumbing we install. Old plumbing beyond our work zone (entering the wall) is owner-responsibility — we test it at install and flag visible issues.
Can I see your work before signing?
Yes — we schedule client site visits to active project flats. You meet the site supervisor, see brand-name materials, check fit-and-finish. Brings the BOQ to life.
